Set goals while your exercising. They don’t have to be big, just step by step goals that you can accomplish and make progress with. The Runner’s Guide to the Meaning of Life suggests that you focus on your little goals one at a time, like if you were running up a mountain, just pay attention to the short strides and not when your going to reach the top because often it may seem longer if you just focus on the end.

Nutritious Valentines Day Meals
Runner’s World has some healthy and delicious valentines day recipes like this one:
Grilled Marinated Flank Steak
Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean flank steak
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon chopped jalapeno pepper
Put all ingredients in a re-sealable plastic container and marinate at least 25 minutes. Up to 24 hours turning occasionally. Preheat grill and grill steak for 7 minutes on each side, frequently basting with marinade. Cut the steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices and serve. Serves 4.
