This is my training blog which I am using to keep track of my fitness progress. I started to run summer '08. Before this summer, let's just say I wasn't in the best shape. Through the last few months I have had some amazing progress but I still have miles to go. I want to improve with running, mainly focusing on increasing my endurance.
