As Karl stated Gardenmentor, you make your own goals and each and everyone of us has to work at whatever we decide is our goal. For some walking can be just as much a challenge. For some, running 1 mile can be a great accomplishment. For others it may be to run 1 mile, 3 miles or even 100 miles. Goals will always help with motivation. For most, if there is no real goal, there is no gain in what we do. Whatever the goals are, they make us all who we are. Good luck in your goals. Have a great 2008 season.

Gardenmentor - remember that goals are always personal - they're YOUR mountain to climb, no-one else's. So if these are things that you'll have to really work to achieve, then when you do achieve them, you'll have done something worthwhile.
Happy Christmas,
Karl.

I'm still mulling them around, but a few come to mind right away. They may seem minor, but they will mean a lot to me: 1) Be able to do handstand 2) Be able to hold headstand away from a wall 3) Be able to push into full wheel with feet and knees in proper position 4) Be able to sit comfortably in full lotus consistently. I'm sure as the new year approaches, more &/or more specific goals will come to mind.
