<description>&#60;p&#62;Brad has some good sources and advice here.... but I remember a large discussion about Nick Diaz when he did his half Ironman distance race.  Not only because he was an MMA fighter, but I remember a bunch of discussing how well he did (very well).&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;And about how he mentioned he did the race after he had smoked some weed.... that was a large part of the discussion.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I don't remember all the details, but it was entertaining.&#60;/p&#62;

I have now jumped on the band wagon and I need help. I need help training for my first triathlon. I want to place in my first triathlon and dont really know what regiman to follow.
