&#60;p&#62;I would never be able to sleep if I did that, but off-the-cuff, I can't see a downside, especially if you find it works.

<description>&#60;p&#62;only bad if you have trouble sleeping. Sometimes I will swim late at night because the pool is empty..I like to work out later in the day cause it takes me a while to get going in the morning.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I am guilty of waiting until later at night to get my workouts in.  I tend to go to the gym at 9:00 p.m.,stay until 11 p.m., then shower and go to bed at 12.  Is it bad that I am waiting until night to train?
