<description>&#60;p&#62;remember what it takes to calculate calories - you need amount and type of workout sure, but you also need HR data, height/weight and all sorts of other things.  think about - just using amount/type - a 5-mile run.  that will burn a lot more from you than me, i imagine (not knowing your stats).  but not knowing HR or other data, the site would give us the same result.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;if you get a Polar HR monitor you can get easy calorie data.
