I do Taekwondo as my primary sport. I file all Martial Arts under "other" (and its the only item in that category). I made a "Taekwondo" section so its easy to pull up all my classes.

I really don't like to run, unless its a short sprint with the dog :P I have been doing Crossfit for conditioning, and its really helping.

New here, as of today. Does anyone else here do any form of Martial Arts? I have been taking Tae Kwon Do for almost a year. It has really helped the strength in my legs and core. I have not been running much since I started, just once a week maybe with my crazy marathon-running wife! But I'm looking to get back to running a few times a week as an alternative to my martial arts training to help me burn more fat and get into better shape. Just wondering if anyone uses martial arts as an alternative/cross training to running. it seems this site is heavily focused on running.
