One note: Calorie calculation will be more accurate if you enter your weight every once in a while. We need your most recent weight to calculate your caloric burn correctly.

Wow, or should I say oops, I am a record holder! Now I know where I went wrong. I actually did not look at the calorie count until someone pointed it out. Actually the only thing I ever enter is the time and distance so I thought it had something to do with another entry on another page that I did not fill out. Thanks again.

It looks like you've been entering your workouts as seconds instead of minutes.... So the run you did this morning says you 2 miles in 21.12 seconds! Wow! You're fast! :)

So the reason your calories are low is because your exercises are so short.

If you enter your time as 21:12 then the system knows that's 21 minutes, 12 seconds. You could also type "40 minutes" and the system would know what you meant. Your calories burned (as well as you time on your chart) will go way up.

Someone pointed out to me that my calorie use should be higher than 8 when I did an easy run of 2 miles. Can someone tell me how to calibrate that part. Now I have entered my cardio boxing for 40 minutes and used 6 calories!
