there are different ways you can lace your shoes that decrease pressure on your toes... if it's all of your toes, then i'd recommend just skipping the first pair of holes. alternatively, try shoes that are a half-size longer. the other thing i notice is the hugeness of your socks... big socks will make you need bigger shoes. for 10k's and half marathons, i wear size 10 shoes with thin socks, but for training i wear 10.5's of the same shoes, because of the bigger socks. and for marathons, i wear the 10.5's with thin socks because of swelling.

also, you could try applying duct tape to the tops of your toes. a less-rudimentary alternative is moleskin. those things reduce friction, not pressure, so if the problem is the pressure, check out the first paragraph, if the problem is friction, try these last 2.

have you checked out what exactly is rubbing your toes? like, taken your fingers and probed inside the shoe, or unlaced the shoe totally and taken a look? maybe there's something in there that's causing it.

Would someone please recommend a pair of women's stability runners that have a high toebox? I have eliminated almost all of my blister problems except for the ones that occur on the tops of my toes. I have plenty of room in the front of my shoes, but not on top.

I also have double-layer socks that work great and I use BodyGlide, but neither prevent these top blisters. Sometimes I wonder if I could just cut holes in the top of my shoes for my toes to breathe :)
