I'm having trouble adding a title to my blog. I've gone to the header image and text section, but I only see areas to help with the image, not the text. Any suggestions? Also, I have widgets that I want to get rid of, but clicking and dragging them away isn't working for me. What do I do?

  3. To get rid of widgets, go to your Dashboard > Presentation > Sidebar Widgets. Select the widget from the Sidebar are near the top of the screen and drag it to the bottom of the page to the "Available Widget" section. Imagine you're putting the widget back on the shelf.

Also note: most themes have a default set of widgets, so if you want to have no widgets at all, you have to add a text widget and leave it blank or something like that.

Thanks Brad! I thought that's what I was doing yesterday, but it wasn't working. Now I got it all figured out. I appreciate it!

  5. Hi Brad...I found this forum trying to figure out how to delete widgets. I added one and it doesn't show up and it made the entire side bar blank, so I was trying to delete it by moving it from the sidebar to available widgets section to "put it back" and it keeps sliding back down to the sidebar section! Help?
