I've changed my admin email, but when I click to verify the address it brings me back to my options page. It says 'options saved' but the email address listed doesn't change to the new one?

  2. Kate,

This sounds strange for sure. We will look into it. I just testing changing email on my account, and it behaved as expected. Namely, I entered a new email address on my profile page, and it saved those options. Then I made a comment on my blog (as if I was an outside user) and it sent me email properly.

I know that there are sometimes cases when you have to verify your email change (but it didn't do that for me)... anyway.

    We'll look into it.

If you could give us a little more description of what steps you took, that would help us narrow down the issue.

    Thanks.

In USERS it changed no problem.

I clicked Options to change my email there.
I changed the email address for 'administrative' purposes. It sent a confirmation email. I confirmed. The link brought me back to that page, where it then said "Options Saved" at the top. Below, the email address was still the old one. I did this three times, but the email address 'showing' is still the old one.

    Does that help?
    Thanks! :)
