  1. I felt a little tired in the afternoon after my run. I was kind of nauseus afterwards until I had a vanilla soy latte. I notice that when the duration of a run starts getting long or it's intense, then I feel this way. It goes away when I replenish carbohydrates within 30 minutes after a run.

  2. I walked 10 miles at a 15:15 pace. My feet were beginning to get hot spots towards the end, otherwise it was okay.

I did spend the rest of the day lazing around, and I'm feeling fairly tired.

  3. I had a good run on Saturday. Little bit of cramping in my calves afterwards. But after some stretching it went away. Sunday afternoon I was a little tired...

But all in all it was a good workout and I'm ready for more.

  4. This week was SOOOO much better than last week. I felt like instead of getting hit by the bus, I narrowly escaped its path.
