  1. I felt great during the run, but a little dehydrated afterwards. I layed around most of the afternoon and watched TV. Then I felt stiff on Sunday. Phil stretched me out and that helped.

  2. Oddly enough I felt great! I think I'm getting the whole fueling thing down. I even went and rode my horse a few hours afterwards. Legs were tired, but my general energy during the day was pretty high.

  3. I felt great about not having to walk and how energetic I felt when I was done. It is frustrating how slow I'm running to keep my heart rate below 170. I could have done my run/walk gig probably faster but I would have been wiped out and sore afterwards.
My hips and hamstrings were a little stiff but feel fine today. Will test them out in a spinning class later today.
(I too am doing beter re: fuel)

  4. The switch to swim/cycle only has been a blessing and a challenge. I miss my runs and walks, but my swimming has been greatly improved because of it.

Even though I'm doing a lot of cycling to keep the calories burning, my cycling has hit a wall. I'm just not sure how to train, not sure how to improve, and I have no clue what to expect. It's mindless time I usually watch TV during while in the gym.
