I have been carbing up since Thanksgiving. I hoped to get in a 6 mile run yesterday, but it didn't happen. I'll do it today. Then I am focusing on becoming very hydrated and running easy this week.

All is going great! Thanks so much for the schedule you put together for me. I am finding it easy to follow and have been "forcing" myself to get more sleep. Consequently, my workouts feel great - I hope I can bring it to the race!Posted 1 year ago # -
