  1. First, Love this feature. Second, a couple of observations:

    1. When an import shows up in the recent list, it doesn't add my sweat365 avatar or my sweat365 name. Perhaps this is intentional. I'm not sure.

    2. I noticed an import today with an apostrophe in the post title went into a character jumble instead of the apostrophe. (Right now its on the recent view list).

  2. On 1) it will when I check in some new code. Right now the default for importing is to create a new user if the author of the post isn't in the system. Your other blog uses a different author name than you do here. I used my powers of 'rock and roll' on Wednesday night to reset your posts but then discovered the code would have then set all of the imported posts to the admin user instead of the blogs primary author. Probably be Monday before it's in for sure and I'll 'rock and roll' the authors back to gardenmentor at that point.

    2) I'll have to check it out.

  4. Noticed all "my other blog" postings that were imported have gone missing this morning.

  5. Not sure what happened. I was trying to patch the DB tables and decided the best path was to delete the feed and add it back so I did. It may have lost a few posts off of the tail end since your feed only has 10 posts in it but your tomato posts are back again. Mmmmm tomatoes...

  6. looks like it ended up pulling in more than the tomatoes afterall. Thanks!

  7. Thanks Jeff. Noticed you also got the system to use my avatar. Nice. It was interesting to see the ~50% dip in my site traffic when "my other blog" posts disappeared for a day.
