  1. I put in activity for yesterday, and the weeks total showed the time but not the distance. Is there a way to go back and edit activities, assuming I entered it wrong?

  2. One way to do this is to go into your dashboard, click on manage and then click on EDIT next to the log entry you wish to change.
Update your mileage and then click on Save!

  3. i have this happen to me all the time. it's always the miles and the heartrate and ascent/descent that disappear. i thought i had narrowed it down to whenever i entered a "not round" number such as 5.5, but it seems to happen with round numbers as well.

  4. Carter,

Sorry for the flubup... If you can try to remember what exactly happened if it happens again, then it will help us narrow down the issue, we certainly don't want it to be hard to use.

As for "editing" the activity, as RegiVizz points out, you've got lots of ways to get there, but the place you want to go is the "edit post" page. One way to get there is if you go to your blog page (the public view) and you find the post in question, you can click "Edit This" which is only visible to you and will take you to the edit page for that post.

One other important point, we try to support all types of distances and time values, and so you need to tell us the units you ran... Mileage and time can be accurate, but as Andrea points out, HR, Weight and some of the fields might act funny if you don't use whole numbers... (Btw, Andrea, when is your heart beat .5 times per minute. ;) ).

  5. i meant when i put in fractions of miles. but actually i realized it seems to happen with no predictability.
why is it you techie types can be such smart asses!?

  6. Sorry Andrea, I just can't seem to help myself sometimes. ;)

Anyway, you definitely should be able to enter fractions of miles. If you see that get rejected, then for sure, we want to know about that so we can fix it... that would not be expected at all.

    Thanks.
