I am a professional fighter in the MMA. I understand that Nick Diaz another fighter in the MMA does triathlons to train for his cardio and strength needs in his fights. I have now jumped on the band wagon and I need help. I need help training for my first triathlon. I want to place in my first triathlon and dont really know what regiman to follow. Is there anyone that could help me to understand the training cycle for a triathlon. Thank you.
