  1. I am guilty of waiting until later at night to get my workouts in. I tend to go to the gym at 9:00 p.m.,stay until 11 p.m., then shower and go to bed at 12. Is it bad that I am waiting until night to train?

  2. only bad if you have trouble sleeping. Sometimes I will swim late at night because the pool is empty..I like to work out later in the day cause it takes me a while to get going in the morning.

  3. If you listen to the latest episode of the Tri Talk podcast, he goes through some research that suggest that those times (late evening) are the best times for a person to swim.. with respect to circadian rythyms and performance.

I would never be able to sleep if I did that, but off-the-cuff, I can't see a downside, especially if you find it works.
