I am going to start getting ready for the Long Beach 1/2 and would love a program to help me get started.
Like how far to run each week. and how fast. What all do I need to start.

I also use Smart Coach from Runnersworld.com. You can put in your last race results and your goals, how many weeks, etc... and it gives me a good idea of how to train for the races and paces to get there.
