Hello, I was wondering if any of you guys have a training schedule, Im doing a bike race (25 miles) in 8 weeks, and i want to have an idea of how many miles per day should i train for, rest, etc,

Tell us a little bit more about your experience and your race.
How far are you able to comfortably ride today?
What kind of training do you do today?What type of a "race" is it?
Is it a road bike ride, a mountain bike ride?
Is it a race or a fun ride?What are your goals?
To finish?
To finish at a certain speed/pace?If this is a fun ride, and your plan is to just finish, and you are currently able to ride for an hour or 10 miles... then I think you've got plenty of time to prepare for you event. You will want to ramp up your distance each week between now and the ride. You can do it! Let us know more about your experience and the event.
