  1. Hey, I'm new to the sport of triathlon and I'm training for my first sprint. In all of the beginner workouts all I see is the number of mins. I should run, bike, and swim. can anyone give me some type of conversion for what type of distances I should be running, biking and swimming?

  2. Not sure if you've checked it out yet but a great website is trinewbies.com. Here is a link to their training programs page. The 10 week Beginner Sprint is probably good for you, describes in detail what you need to do for the weekly workouts. http://www.trinewbies.com/tno_trainingprograms.asp

    Good luck,
