  1. I want to track really specific stuff about my training and be able to see my progress. Nike used to have a website where you could track not only distance, time, & heart rate, but weather, dietary stuff, sleep, and more, then see graphs of it all. It looks like they've moved to Nike+ now, and I don't have that. I've checked out http://www.runningahead.com and mapmyfitness.com, but they don't quite do what I want. Some of you out there keep track of this stuff in Excel or other programs. Any suggestions?

  2. Sweat365, this website, is great for tracking, time, speed, distance, heart rate, etc. You don't need to look any further, but you need to enter the raw data with date, time, distance yourself.

  3. Needless to say, we think Sweat365 is a great solution for this.

You can track your workouts, distance, time, HR, calories, ascent/descent, etc. You can track your weight, sleep hours, daily caloric intake etc.

It's integrated into a blog, so you can record your training practices, thoughts on fitness etc, but most importantly your peers can give you feedback, encouragement, and support.

Good luck on your fitness goals!
