    Does anyone know of a good "newbie" triathlon around Springtime in the Maryland, Virginia, DC area? Never done a triathlon before but would be fun to mix it up a bit!

    Not sure how close this is to you but the Kinetic Sprint is in
    late April early May in Northeast Virginia (Lake Anna)
