Gu energy gel

  1. I love chocolate so I've always used chocolate outrage gu on long runs. However, the last time I had bad cotton mouth, and a bit of an upset stomach. It was all I could do to gag it down. What are ya'll usin' out there?

  2. The event I was in in June provided Gatorade Gu I think?? (everything was gatorade so that must be it :) )I had never tried it before so I opted for the original flavor and it wasn't too bad...I am not really sure what I can compare it to in taste but I don't think I could have done those last few miles without it and it didn't upset my stomach...I will definitly look into bringing it along with me next event.
