I am getting back into jogging after almost a year off. Yes have put back on the weight I lost last year. And even more so, am ready to lose it again.
But, I have to confess, I need some motivation. Maybe a once a week jog with a small group here locally? Run-Tex doesn't really have a 'beginner' group that I feel comfy in. Those folks are all very very serious.
