  1. I would like it if I could show my weekly and/or yearly summaries on my Facebook page, my own domain webpage, etc. Perhaps there is a way to do that with RSS feeds already, but I can't figure it out.

I'm thinking the RSS feed could include my distances, calories burned, and times for each category for a specified date period such as last 7 days, month, etc. You already track all of that here so it would just be a matter of making it available securely.

The reason I think this is a great feature is not only am I reminded elsewhere of my success, but my friends that need encouragement would be motivated from the other social network sites that we use. It could also increase membership to your site because others will see how neat it is and want to try it out.

  2. well, we just recently added a new "External Widget" feature... it's tucked away in your advanced options under the label "Get A Widget"...

It sounds like almost exactly what you're looking for.

It let's you place a widget that can show your total hours, days, sessions, miles, or calories for any one or all activities... it can show it for time periods like last week, last month, last year, etc... it comes in three colors and can be placed on any external website and/or facebook.

Check it out under Advanced Settings.

Let us know if you have suggestions on how to improve it.

    Cheers!
