Private Posts showing up on Twitter

  1. I started to track my daily weight (through Track My Health) and selected the "keep this post private" checkbox. This is working great with Sweat365 but I found my posts on Twitter. If it's private, it needs to be private else where too. Can we get this resolved? Until then I will be holding on tracking my weight.

    Cheers

  2. Oops! We'll look into that.

Agreed, it shouldn't tweet private posts.

One thing of note, the URL would still be blocked to anyone other than you so if someone clicked on the tweet, they'd see an error message.

  4. thanks. Was a little surprised.

  5. Sorry for the scare/surprise. But remember, even though the url was sent out, no one but you could see the post.

  6. I'm seeing my private posts appearing in Google search results (type in some words contained in your private post, and Google finds the post). Is this a similar issue? Can you fix it too? The URL is blocked if anyone clicks on it, but, the Google result displays the title and two lines of the private post content.

  7. @spin0 - That sounds very strange indeed!

Can you either post some more details, like the google search you did that resulted in this. Or if you'd rather keep it more confidential can you email us details at support@sweat365.com.

I'd like to look into this, but I need more details.

  9. I set my twitter not to update the health too and I hadn't noticed it updating before, but it did today. It just said description and no link... but looks confusing in my twitter/fb feed. I went in and deleted from twitter/fb. just wanted to let you know, tho.

  10. Sheba, can you tell me more about what you did on your twitter with health records... I tried to reproduce the problem but couldn't get anything strange to happen.

    Can you give more details?
