  1. Color and layout problems started Monday 6/1/2009. Hover changes text to white on drop downs and are not readable. Adding a workout the text is not readable. Have tested on 2 different machines both in Firefox and in IE. HELP!!!

  2. We did do an upgrade late Sunday night that changed the way we render the Dashboard. The goal was improved performance, which for many users we've seen significant improvement. Sorry to hear it's not working well on your system. We definitley want to fix it asap. We've tested on serveral versions of IE, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome, but maybe we missed the versions you're using.

We'd like to help you out on this asap. Can you drop us an email at support@sweat365.com, and if possible include a screen shot of what you're seeing.

    Also please try these steps:

    1) clear your browser cache. From Firefox, choose Tools/Clear Private Data/Cache. From IE choose Internet Options/Temporary Internet Files/Delete Files...

    2) Can you tell us more about which version of IE/FF you're using? From the Help/About menu please tell us the full version number.

    Thanks.

  3. We're looking at this now, we think we have a lead on the issue you're seeing. It has to do with your web domain. We'll let you know more when we have a solution. Hopefully soon.

  4. We believe we have fixed this issue for you, and anyone else who had a blog/domain name with a capital letter in it. Most of our blogs are setup with lower case only domain names, but a few accounts were created with capital letters (like your blog)... that was causing this problem in the dashboard.

  5. Looks good, thank you for the prompt support on this, I appreciate it. I happen to be an IT Professional and can understand how something small can throw a wrench into an update. Thanks again.

  6. I just noticed that the auto calculation for calories burned no longer works? Not a huge deal, but just thought I'd point it out in case you weren't aware. Or at least it doesn't work on my end! :)

  7. The auto calorie calcualtor hasn't worked for me for a couple days either. like Moe said - not a huge deal - but I liked seeing how much I *might* have burned. Not so sure about the accuracy of those things anyway... thanks Brad for all your work and support

  8. Ok, we made another change that has effected calories burned.

In order to calculate calories burned, the system has to know your weight. The system was incorrectly using the average weight of all members (which is about 175lbs). We fixed this bug so that the system now uses your most recent weight.

If you have never entered a weight, then it can't know how many calories you burned. To get an accurate measure of calories you need to enter at least one "Health" record with a weight.

That being said, we will change it back to do a combination of the behaviors. If you've entered a weight it will use that. If you have not ever entered a weight, we'll use the average of all users. However... for anyone under 175lbs it will over estimate, and for anyone over 175lbs it will under estimate. So you're always better off entering at least one weight record.

  9. The system is now behaving as I described above.

If you have entered your weight at least once, it will use your most recent weight. This is the most accurate.

If you have not entered your weight, it will use the average of all members. This is not very accurate.
