Still trying to keep to the "no white at night", at least for me, if not the rest of the family. I'm at a loss on what to make for dinner....in the last week+, I've done stir frys, tacos (where I just have taco salad, no cheese or chips), black beans, quinoa and chicken, sloppy joes (where I eat the sauce on lettuce in lieu of a bun) and now I can't think what to do next. This is especially difficult b/c I know my sis-in-law will be staying with us the next few days AND I haven't planned, so can't just stew something yummy up in the crock pot!!
