Please be safe, consult with your physician before beginning any

One of the ways you can customize your Sweat365 blog is to embed maps from the MapMyFitness services. Here are some quick instructions on how to accomplish this.

Visit one of the MapMyFitness sites (www.mapmyrun.com, www.mapmyride.com, www.mapmywalk.com, www.mapmytri.com, www.mapmyhike.com) and find the route you want to add to your blog on Sweat365. This can be your own or any other public routes. You don’t need to be a registered member to view routes and add them to your blog, only to create new routes.

On the route page, click on the orange button “ADD TO YOUR BLOG or SITE” near the top of the page. This will take you to a new page with a map of your route and HTML. Do not use the HTML generated on this page. Instead, select and copy the link in your address bar.

In your post on Sweat365, insert the following into the text where you want your route to appear:

{mapmyfitness-route:}

Between the “:” and the “}” paste the link you copied from your address bar. Your entry should now look something like this:

{mapmyfitness-route:http://mapmyride.com/add_route_to_blog.php?r=c89c9e78c1624de312f700d8591fb54c}

Save and publish your post.

And you should see something like this…
