Designed for runners who have run for at least a year, and are able to run 5 miles at a time, can average 15-20 miles a week, and have finished a 5K, or 10K, and are ready for their first half marathon. Anyone can run a marathon, and this program can help you get started. Maybe you’ve run a 10K or half marathon or you’ve been running a while and now want to run a marathon.
